Report from the TAF job fair

A unique opportunity to highlight the occupations and training programs that contribute to MedVallée excellence. MedVallée’s first participation at the TAF job fair further supports its place at future editions of the event!

Six companies and two training organizations had the opportunity to meet young talents from the greater Montpellier area thanks to MedVallée’s own 25 m² pavilion, alongside health, food, agronomy, agriculture, and environmental sector players, where they were able to promote their job offers, internships, and training programs.

The stand was very well received, and visitors were genuinely curious about the MedVallée approach as well as the companies and training organizations present.

The booth’s originality and the materials used helped make it visible and attractive to visitors, many of whom submitted their resumes.

“Thank you for this exposure, which should definitely be repeated. MedVallée’s image is promising and attracts profiles that are sensitive to that.” Microphyt.

“We gathered more than 50 resumes and 15 to 20 people were selected for interviews and follow-up visits to our site. This job fair enabled us to make ourselves known, as many candidates were not aware of our organization.” Baxter.

“The booth was very effective, the visual quite eye-catching for the purposes of the event, and MedVallée’s welcome was warm. We were very well received and supported throughout both days of the fair. It was very well organized and we had the opportunity to attend both days, even though we were only scheduled for one day. That gave us more time to talk to other candidates who were interested in SOILPRINT.”
