Eurêk'ACT’s mission is to build connections between businesses, foster interactions between peers, and support workplace transformation. Launched in January 2025, the association leverages a third place already firmly established in the local community to develop a new form of local economic collaboration.
Located in the heart of a business district that welcomes several thousand employees and some of the metropolitan area’s most innovative companies, there is no shortage of opportunities for people to cross paths. Yet, chances to work together, share experiences, or engage in collective reflection are often limited.
Founded specifically to address this issue, Eurêk’ACT, a territory-wide association for cooperation, is based in the Eurêka district of Castelnau-le-Lez. Driven by participatory governance, it now comprises around ten member companies with diverse profiles, including Ubisoft, Aromandise, APF Entreprises 34, I2A, and Quantum Surgical.
“Our goal is to create connections between companies and provide a space for exchange where leaders can take a step back and gain perspective. The challenge is to develop collective solutions at the ultra-local level,” summarizes Pierre-Olivier Latrille, president of Eurêk’ACT and director of member company APF34.
A third space dedicated to businesses
The association operates through the Eurêk’ACT Concierge, which opened in 2021. This hybrid space features meeting areas open for coworking, hosts regular activities, and, above all, serves as a meeting place where new collaborations can emerge.
“We are, above all, a hub and a resource center. We play a facilitating role, placing cooperation at the heart of our mission,” emphasizes Francesca Boniotti, a QVCT expert and head of the Eurêk’ACT Conciergerie.
The association is also developing a support program dedicated to businesses. From management and quality of life at work to organization, inclusion, and change management, a community of experts is on hand to help leaders gain perspective on topics that are often intangible but essential to collective performance.
Events to learn, share, and find inspiration
To foster these dynamics, Eurêk’ACT has increased the number of networking opportunities. Breakfasts, after-work gatherings, debates, exhibitions, and themed workshops allow members to exchange ideas about their practices and discover new ways of doing business.
In late June, the association co-organized a visit to Aromandise, a company recognized for its pioneering commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This opportunity to share experiences — which was highly valued by participants — continued with a casual get-together featuring a tasting session. A few days later, an AI Café event was organized with La Mêlée to build bridges between companies and early-career professionals in the field of artificial intelligence.
The spirit of sharing experience is deeply embedded in Eurêk’ACT’s DNA. Far from being a traditional business network, the association wants to become a laboratory for experimentation where everyone can propose initiatives, test new ideas, and learn from others.
In a world undergoing rapid economic change, Eurêk’ACT uses cooperation as a driver for development and innovation to benefit the district and broader area.
