Montpellier BIC presents Montpellier Capital Risque (MCR), a flagship event on capital investment designed to enable investors to identify promising companies selected for their growth potential, the uniqueness of their offering, or their innovative vision.
November 7 will mark the event’s 22nd edition. Previous events have given investors the opportunity to be the first to discover startups such as Teads (acquired by Altice), Seqone, La Brigade Véro, Expernova (acquired by the Questel group), Bulane, Axeptio, and Matooma (acquired by the British company Wireless Logic).
A PROMISING GATHERING
The 2025 Montpellier Capital Risque event will showcase 20 companies that were selected from among 150 incubated startups. They all completed an intensive coaching and fundraising preparation program. These companies come from a variety of fields including deeptech, healthcare, education, and the environment. Their funding needs range from 500 K€ to 2 M€.
EVENT AGENDA
- 9:30 AM: Welcome coffee
- 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM: Pitches by selected companies
- 12:30 - 4:30 PM: Individual meetings between investors and startups, followed by a cocktail lunch to continue discussions.
